Jeeves: My awesome, mostly retro conversion, from 26 x 1 3/8 english three-speed to 700c fixed gear. These were my first wheels I laced up and they came out awesome. With the new wheelset and brakes the difference is like night and day.

I still can use the three speed wheel for getting groceries, but the rear brake doesn't work. ( well I don't need the rear brake with the fixed and it kinda rubs the tire until i get a drop bolt... so the rear brake is really only an emergency brake as it is)

This is an AWESOME cruiser for around town and all... and you can stand up and sprint up hills pretty well too with the 46/18 ratio; though you can do some speed/distance on it too. ( I made it through the Wolfpack's Century ride on good old Jeeves, even though I'd only expected 25 miles or so...)
