Brake levers: Diacompe.
Bought it for from a second hand store in Wonthaggi (big up the 'thag!).
Frame's pretty scratched up, but otherwise after a bit of a polish and a few replacement parts, it's a comfy ride.
I know it's a bit weird to restore a bike like this, but hey - I had fun doing it :)
