Vitali Frame

Hi. I came by this post after googled "vitali" "frame". Your bike looks very nice. I am curious what you think about the frame because I may be buying one today. It seems like a quality steel road frame, maybe triple butted, but it is nearly impossible to find out information about the Vitalis. You say this is a 1999, but it strikes me as something older. Just curious about your thoughts and experience.
