I pulled most of the parts from the Umezawa to this Bridgestone. The pics are from the first day I built it up. Since then, the stem has come down about an inch, the Ourys have gone in favor of some tacky black Ritchey grips, and I added a climbing rope protector in lieu of a top tube pad for under-the-tube knee skids and locking to scratchy poles (it *was* a new frame after all).
