nice bike and color scheme..

question.. is that Brooks leather tape on your bullhorns? If so, which color is that? I am looking into getting leather tape, and am torn as to whether or not I should put drops on for the leather tape, or leave my bullhorns... looks pretty good on yours.

You've done a great job creating a unique IRO. That's a great color of grey... compliments the silver components nicely. Although, I almost wish the seatpost was also silver, and maybe a bit more classic... what if you traded the Thomson for a vintage Campy Aero?

Also, a question about the Weinmann DP-18 rims: is there much visual difference between the braking surface and the rim itself? It doesn't appear that way in the picture... looks like a nice silver wheelset.

Great IRO

Thanks for the compliments. Yeah, the seatpost is off my Mt. Bike, just ordered a Fausto Coppi Light Alloy seatpost, won't be in for another week or so. When it's in I'll post a new pic. Absolutely agree.

As for the rims, the breaking surface is the same, looks great, though I thought I'd save some dough over the velocity, but I must say I regret the purchase, and will be replacing soon. The breaking surface feels a tad weak without any grooves.
