You probably have seen their 'Catalog'.

Does the saddle height work, or is a frame size of ~58cm still slightly on the larger side ? Also, are those tires tubulars ? Note that a traditional bottle cage would definitely pay off, and if you replace those 'delta' calipers, there would even be space for some comfy +25mm tires. Honestly, the plastic cage looks a bit as if someone had mounted some form of 'litter' onto a Ferrari :D
