my new every day bike, built like it could have been built in 1984. suggestions on that are welcome. oh and what handlebar tape? i don't like the feel of cloth tape for a fixed gear commuter.

Thank you. The tubing is Columbus tretubi which means nothing but I'm guessing SL since the seatpost is 26.6.
