What?
Picked up this bike at my local Goodwill for thirty. Added my own stem, handlebar, tires and saddle. Stripped the frame down and did gloss white "rattle can" paint job. Added several coats of polyurethane over the weak paint. Seems to work. Recently added Suntour Power Ratchet Thumbies and blue Oury grips. Less than a hundred invested overall! Just need new brake levers and new cables/housing.
