Hi. As far as I can see, your Raleigh is equipped as follow:
- 1987 Campagnolo Chorus crankset;
- 1987 Campagnolo Chorus front mech;
- 1987 Campagnolo Chorus Dual Mode rear derailleur (i.e. it has to be used in position A with up to 25 teeth cogset, in position B for 28t and more cogset; A and B are engraved on the rear mech near the cable tension screw. You have to unscrew two screws to shift from one position to another);
- 1987 Campagnolo Chorus Monoplaner brakes (the two parts of the brake fit one in the other to reduce flexion).
Headset, shifters, and brake levers are Campagnolo as well; very probably they are from same era,but I need more detailed pics to tell more about them.
Saddlepost is not Campagnolo but looks pretty good.
Hope this helps.

Raleigh Technium Bikes

Hope this helps a bit, (Tis what I remember from this time period)

Raleigh, starting in the middle 1980s, (1984-85) designed and built cold-process "Technium" aluminum frames with steel lugs at Kent ( Seattle) Washington. The Technium process yielded a low-labor-input frame that was light, good-looking and dependable which could be competitively assembled in the USA to compete with imported products at a fair price.

As far as place in the line up, Raleigh USA had the Team Pro (UK Built) Technium Pro, Technium Competition (the entry racer or "club racer") and then the Super Corsa in the racing line up. This looks to date from about 1988-1992 and be a competitor of the Pinarello Prologo, Nisiki Linear, Schwinn Prologe and other entry level TT bikes of that time period. During this Time Panasonic may have provided the bike to Raleigh (Look at their 1989 Team Time Trial model for comparisons)
