This bike was a bit of a shed find, it had been sat for nearly 20 years without being used. I gave it a good clean up and it rides great, i am trying to source some Reynolds 531 flat crown forks that are a bit more original than the current ones then I will probably get it resprayed. Cant complain at a bargain price of £200 though :).

Cleaned Up

That's really cool you cleaned it up and are riding it.

Is that not the original

Is that not the original fork? Did someone just have it sprayed to match the frame?

nope, the forks that are on

nope, the forks that are on there now are tange, the orginal fork would have been a flat crown 531 fork.

The frame was originaly a Olympic sprint like this: http://static.lfgss.com/attachments/37750d1300777348-claud.jpg, which was then converted to a road frame with braze ons and road dropouts more like this Olympic Road: http://static.lfgss.com/attachments/19651d1262726303-p1010626.jpg. Hence why i just call it an olympic road because it basicly is :)
