Taking care of my mom in Sweden for a while and was looking for a steel road bike to keep in shape. I found the frame with the Campagnolo Chorus Groupset at a bike shop for ~0. AFTER already buying an early 90's low-end bianchi (italian steel) frame. The Bianchi was ok but had a bad bottom bracket and cheap crank. It was also a little small for me. So I switched it for the Daccordi. I like the Columbus EL frame. It rides stiff but not in an uncomfortable ways. Pretty fun to ride.
I also love the colors/design on the frame. A little Miami Vice nostalgia... I feel like Sunny Crockett riding through the Swedish Countryside.
