early 80's Trek refurb

frame was free...in speaking to Skip Echert the Trek guy, it appears to be early 80's (cinelli bottom bracket with shimano dropouts) but unknown model as serial does not match up with much of anything...was built up on a huge budget for a customer who wanted to spend as little as possible (and she has bright tastes...hence the color)...so apologies for the not very exciting list of components...i've been doing lots of powder coating of parts lately, but had never had the opportunity to do a whole bunch of stuff for one frame (may have gone a bit overboard)...hope you enjoy...
