This is for training and commuting. not the lightest ride, but stiff and sturdy as fuck.

I agree with silvestris.

I agree with silvestris. This thing is pretty solid, nice balance of form with function.

This ride looks like real fun. The rival crankset looks also great (175mm?). Is the seatpost carbon ? Are the tires 23 or 25mm ? Would the non sloping equivalent to your 56.5cm be in the aerea of ~58cm on classic geometry ?

the crankset is 170 mm, but

the crankset is 170 mm, but i am going to get it swapped out for a 172.5 or 175. the seat post is an older Carbon ritchey (pretty heavy for a carbon post, but got it cheap) and the tires are 23 mm. the frame has an effective horizontal toptube of 56.5 cm, so i guess the actual length must be ~55 cm.

Thanks for your feedback. A 56.5 cm effective horizontal top tube sounds like "size M" (cf. ridley, geometry, i.e. a stack size of 57.5 cm. If I ever get a carbon roadbike, it will probabably be similar to this one here.
