Bought this frame NOS. Changed my Rapid Robs for Challenge Grifo XS, maybe need some mud-tires and snow/ice-tires in the future as well. I use it as my daily commuter. This bike is pretty much perfect now, but maybe I'll change the saddle in the future.

Sweet!
I wouldn't commute on Grifos though! I've been commuting on these on my SSCX:

Are they any good offroad as well? I heard the Grifos (XS) are as light and flexible as tubes.

The Resist tires aren't an offroad tire. They're 35c, fat, but roll fast and are some of the lightest 35c clinchers out there. And cheap! It's like riding on a leather chair to work or school.
I was advising against the Grifos because the knobs are supple and slow on pavement, and spending 80 bucks on them to commute will be a waste! This is coming from somebody who races tubular Grifos on his cyclocross bike. Also, the knobs raise you off the pavement, making you have almost zero surface area around corners, I've seen a lot of people slip out using knobbies around town.

As you can see i bought the Grifo XS. They are great on pavement as well (i bought them second hand for half the price)

They look and work awesome!

Ok, thanks for the advice!.. hope i can find them in the Netherlands..
I hope i can attend some cyclocross races in the future, but i have not enough technique yet (it's so different then roadraces!). If so i'll use these and if i like it i can still buy Grifos..
