Federal Mixte

got this used mixte from an online shop. been wanting to buy this one but i waited for the price to go down, and it did! this is fully built by the previous owner. i'm pretty sure it's a federal sapphire frame. everything fits perfectly except for the custom basket which is really heavy, but it does the job quite well. overall, a really fun bike to ride around town.
