Ragging on hoops, as they don't fit a great bike like a Marinoni built bike. But hey, if the owner gets milage it's all good.

I'd switch out that saddle,

I'd switch out that saddle, it's pretty hideous. And plus, on such a build like this, an Origin8 saddle seems a little ridiculous. You should definitely go for something like a vintage Concor Supercorsa, or even like a Brooks Sparrow.
