This Frame was ridden in the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona by the italian national team and won silver medal. Interestingly it is in perfect condition, the glue of the Alan lugs seems to connenect the tubes surprisingly tight. Unfortunately i haven`t raced a 100km team trial with it, which is probably because of the uncomfortable position and the difficulcy of handling the sidewind. Its already tricky to change gears when you ride with 30km/h.

seeing this particular bike. So Bad Ass!!

Didn't bar ends exist? I know Lemond won the tour in '89 with aero bars, logocal tech jump would be addition of shifters soon after. Suntour barcons were around from the late 70's. But then An Italian team taking advantage of Japanese advancements would not have been considered.

bar end shifters

i m pretty sure the campagnolo bar end shifters existed already, but i decided to build it up without any handle bar extensions because of esthetical purpose.
