mmm

the cockpit is very elegant. i like how the spare-parts build gives it a properly-used look. What upgrades do ya have planned?

upgrades

Well for starters the seat post is seized (luckily it fits dead on right now). I have this super nice Corima Ellipse post I've been wanting to use on something. I have Dura Ace low flange hubs to Mavic open pros I got a good deal on. I want to get the ratio to 49x15 and get some real track cranks (the sakaes are road doubles that take 144 bcd rings). Also a new fork is in order at some point. The bike was in a head on collision with the previous owner and it bent the fork at the base of the steer tube perfectly straight back (essentially just shortening the wheel base, haha). It rides fine as is but for aesthetics' sake I'd like to find a proper and undamaged track fork. At first I just bought it as a bike to lock up when working but now after ridding it I think I want to set it up for the summer season at Garden State Velodrome and Lehigh Valley Velodrome!

huh

I hadn't even noticed the fork was bent. I think it looks nice and tight; is the overlap bad though?

overlap/cornering

Its manageable. These bikes have ridiculous BB drops; I can lean into the turns way deeper than on my Bareknuckle...

The steel ones are the best!
