"Zed"? I suppose you mean "Equipe Cycliste Z" but it's not a replica of their bikes: they were equipped with Lemond bikes that year. If it is a "Z" replica then for sure it's a bike from 1989 or earlier (when Peugeot did indeed sponsor that team)

Damn! One of the few Peugot's I like. What an eye-catcher. The nicer 653 tubeset, the DA 740-, early 90's (read late 80's) paintjob, everything very very nice! Ride well..
