I have never seen this frame elsewhere. It's old and very stiff. I think it's Tensor tubing. Dropouts are Gipiemme. It's my wintertime commuter bike.

I use it in wintertime and as a commuterbike in Copenhagen. I had the parts from other projects. So no gears - no maintenance. I then use my other bikes with gears in the summetime ;o)
