Long time browser, first time poster. Here is my relatively obscure Bianchi Roger in all-weather trim. The SKS fenders install was by far the most troubling addition to the bike. The crown of the fork was drilled and tapped and fender arms bent to accommodate for brake calipers--huge headache, but very happy with it's result.

Additions include a new front cockpit for more commuter friendly riding position and general fun while riding. Shimano XT M785 hydraulic disc brake were added in the last couple of months in the transition over to a flat bar.

Drivetrain upgraded: additions include SRAM Force crankset with SRAM GXB BB, Wolf Tooth 42t chainring and Surly 15t cog.

I love these bikes so much.

I love these bikes so much. Nice addition on the grips, is it really the only celeste on the bike?

I know one day I'm going to come up on one of these and spend way too much money on it.

Thanks for the comments,

Thanks for the comments, folks.

I'm pretty sure the grips makeup the only celeste on the bike--I had to integrate Bianchi's famous green somehow.

Does anyone happen to know how many Rogers are out there? I can't imagine many, especially with it being in production for only a year.

not many

there are plenty but not alot. It's one of the most sought after framesets. I bought mine off a forum member that purchased from an employee at Bianchi. It's actually a prototype model that doesn't have the "Roger" decal and the fork has both disc brake and Cantilever bosses. I'm building mine up as my daily commuter but am in search of the production fork with no luck. Your build is pretty awesome!

Thanks for the response.

Thanks for the response. Since it's release I had wanted one. I got lucky one day last summer and found someone selling their as-new Roger just outside of Denver. I jumped on it for the banging price of ~0. It's been a joy ever since. I take good care of her, but certainly not afraid to show her the elements. I've always been a sucker for oddball cars and bikes; this is no exception and it's fun to know a little more on it's status among the cycling community.

very nice!

great setup and congrats on having an amazing bike! I love mine but I've got to change my brake lines out and rebleed my brakes. Have fun with it!

Wow, you could ride that

Wow, you could ride that through a hurricane!

No hurricanes yet, but

No hurricanes yet, but certainly a few Colorado snow storms.
