This is one of 3 bikes I ride. This was a winter project. I stripped my first road bike down to the frame, and added new everything else with discounted and discontinued items. I even replaced the head set since the race was so pitted. This is a do-it-all bike. The wide gear range makes it great for hilly rides, and cruising the flats. The frame and wheels are plenty stiff for interval training. The flatbar provides a more comfortable upright position for seeing traffic ahead.
