It does the trick - I like it a lot, and the larger tires mean I can take it more places comfortably!

Working at an LBS that

Working at an LBS that carries Raleighs, I've always been fond of the Clubman. If it wasn't for my Cross-Check and the fact that I have a Raleigh International frameset on the way, I might have acquired one of these. I like your build choice (mustache bars, bar-end shifters, Paselas, etc.) Is the B17 narrow stock with the complete bicycle? I was thinking it was a Swift or something...

I'm really enjoying the bars, shifters, and tires. Just wish I could have both larger tires and fenders, but there really isn't the clearance for that. I would probably prefer the Cross-Check for that reason alone.

It came stock with the Swift, but I put on the B17 as it was already broken in - still trying to work the Swift in on another bike.

btw, digging all of your bikes - tell more about the International!

Thanks! Not much yet to say

Not much yet to say about the International other than it is sitting in a box in my apartment taunting me and waiting to be built up. The goal is to do as many shiny silver components as possible. I'm most-likely going with Campy Athena for the bulk of the components. Not 100% sure on the wheels yet. Here are some pics of the frameset for now (if you're curious) -

Sick. Had no idea it was 853 - how awesome is that? Can't wait to see it built up. I have the first batch of Athena-11 (2009 I think?) on one of my bikes and the stuff is absolutely great. Are you thinking of a more traditional 32 spoke wheelset, or something more aero and modern?

Either way, keep me posted on the progress!

Yeah, I'm really excited to

Yeah, I'm really excited to build this thing up. Now I just need the funds! Athena is one of the few remaining Campy groupos that isn't all Carbon-looking so that was my idea with that. A co-worker of mine rode Athena on his roadbike and had a lot of good things to say about it. The rest of the components are going to be a mix of modern and classic, all while being silver (and hopefully highly polished). Silver Thomson seatpost and stem (most-likely), Ritchey's "classic" bend drop-bar, probably a Swift or a Swallow, though I might throw on a Professional or B17 Narrow.

Here's an update:
