I have a shorter stem now

I have a shorter stem now and have since adjusted my saddle to fit the new cockpit distance. Saddle adjustment was also better for the knees.

does it has a rear bridge which is drilled for a rear bridge? i thought it's track specific...

I thought this frame was very track specific too. I was a bit baffled by the drilling of the rear bridge when I bought the frame. It seems the factory paint actually painted over the drilling though. Dunno. It's a bit strange.

I don't know about the rear bridge, but the front fork does have a brake hole drilled.

Yeeeeah, the forks are road

Yeeeeah, the forks are road forks so they're definitely drilled for brakes. I like them a lot, but I want to get a set of track forks with a lesser rake. The Reynolds fork absorbs a lot of vibration, but efficiency and handling are more important than comfort.
