I have a Stowe criterium frame that's blue with yellow decals; a few weeks after I completed that bike, I found this yellow TT bike and I couldn't let myself pass it up.

When it came to me, it had some Syntace bullhorns with aero bars, a wheelset with Hi-E hubs (super light), and a few other extra bits. I changed out some of the parts it came with to make it more practical for riding around in NYC. (aero bars and tubulars aren't the best for city riding) Just by chance, a friend gave me a red J-Disc he had lying around, so I'll have to give that a try sometime soon. It clocks in at a few ounces over 18 lbs at the moment.

At first, I saw funny bikes more as a novelty, but this one feels really natural and accelerates awfully fast. I had no problem adjusting to the geometry or 650c front wheel. I've done a few distance rides on it and I've loved every minute of it.

Now, if I could find a red Stowe track bike, my collection would be complete!
