Nice bike

Level your saddle and tilt your drops a bit forward. As it stands, with you're hands in the drops, you'll be forced to lock your elbows. It's an (arguably) uncomfortable position and will certainly degrade your efficiency.

How long rides do you do with that bike that you need bottles?

No problem at all, I'm not criticizing. I was just curious how far can you go on a track bike with track drops. In fact, I'm planning a fixed TT bike so I would be getting the same kind of bottle holders for myself.
