Yeah. I'd say it's not aluminum. Not with that chrome seat stay. Not with that small diameter tube set. And certainly not in the 1980s.

Nice conversion. Tape those bars before you hurt yourself.

Steel for real

A little columbus birdie told me it was steel on the forks and seat tube. I know they make Alu tubes as well, however not lugged.
