After almost a year of working on the bike I have finished converting it from an entry level hybrid to a mid-level pseudo-hybrid/ I have changed pretty much everything except for the frame and the headset (it's a long story). The pics I have posted were in my bike's "summer" stage and since then I have changed the stem, removed a headset spacer, changed the fork, added gold accents, changed the saddle and seat post, got rid of the taillight and pump, got a new seat post collar, changed the front derailleur, removed the granny ring, changed the cassette to a 9 speed, and swapped out the rear derailleur cage. Hope you enjoy!

I like this setup, in fact its what I intend to do to my c'dale M900 this Spring. How are those Brake hoods, comfy in the drops and on the hoods? I think I am going with the cane-creek drop Vs (pretty much the same) and probably installed on a WTB dirt drop bar and yes, barconned.

Lets see some updated photos! Cheers
