'Bugsy' the Atala Albatross

Here's one of the bikes I am currently working on, an Atala Albatross which I had to build from the bare frame up, even had to machine new parts to get the suspension working! Not restored, but certainly reborn! - When I get to work I can update the spec info - however I do need to know more about the actual Atala Albatross before I got my grubby mits on it, very little info available so far so if anyone knows anything about it that would be great.
