bikes like this are the reason for the phrase "fixie". get a frame that fits you. or at least level out your bars. what is that like a 20mm stem? you bars look like their welded directly to your steer tube.

Whats the point having bars pointing downwards? You can only grab on the tip but not on the middle of those horn parts. Only for looks?

Leveling the bars will still let you use the horn endings while climbing. And it will look much more proper.
