Year of that bike?

Awesome Bike. I bought the same exact bike at a garage sale for . I have restored it nicely and was wondering if you knew the exact year of the bike. I was told It was no older than 1984 because that was the first year that style sticker was first made on the head tube. Thanks for responding.
