Perfection!

In many ways this bike is the perfect commuter/beater bike! Very nice job.. An inspiration for my next build, for sure!

cool

I like everything about this bike.

You've gotta write up a little tutorial on how you rigged up those full fenders! I was thinking of something similar - cut the rear in half, screw on rack struts to attach to brake bridge. Cut front off just behind fork, attach with one of those "problem solvers" brake bolts or whatever they're called.

yeah man!

they are sks german commuter fenders, id check out their fenders, their stuff is pretty good, i did rig the hell out of the front one though, i cut the front of the fender off and im using a rear brake so it dont go all the way through the fork then i used an old seat pin i have to rig the fender on, yo can see the seatpin sticking out the back of the fork, its actually kinda weird how it worked out. and the rear fender is being held up be this metal thing that they included that bends into place so you can pull it up and attach it to the rear bridge. it worked out pretty nice
