they are drilled from the factory, but the hole is plugged and then painted over. it was heart-breaking. unfortunately i don't have another bike at the moment, so on it went. google image search and you'll see a few with brakes.

ohh I see. I thought only vigorelli had the pre-drilled and then plugged brake hole. So mash have them too. Thanks for the clarification. Yeah, it must hurt so much to put that brake on the mash!
