Early seventies..?

Got this on Dutch Craig's List a while ago.. If anyone has more info on these, I'd be glad to hear about it.
Looks like it's all original. Only the pump and the lock are missing.

Thanks for posting the pic. We don't see many like this in the United States because some models just weren't imported. Love the fenders.
