I built this frame over the summer, and built up the frame with mostly parts I had. The ride is fantastic. More pictures and the build process here:

Weight?

Do you happen to know the weight of your frame? I couldn't find the answer on your website.
I know that this is mostly irrelevant, especially in regard to your amazing build, but I always wondered about the weight of such a bike.

The frame is not exactly

The frame is not exactly light- it came to just over 5 pounds. The main reason for this is that I used a steel head tube, bb shell and dropouts. Using aluminum instead and modifying the design a little i could probably bring the frame into the 3-4 lb range.

Amazing work

Mad respect for creating the entire build from stuff you had kicking around your yard AND posting every step in meticulous detail on your blog. I very much enjoyed reading through the process
