I thought you couldn't thread an already threadless fork? I know the fork came partially threaded but I chopped it down, so it's definitely thick enough.

Bike shop

Any decent bike shop should be able to cut and thread your fork.

I thought

aluminum threads tend to be rolled instead of cut, to minimize stress fatigue of the alloy. I might be wrong though.
