I have always lusted after a colnago steel bike, when this frame was up for grabs I put a silly bid on ebay never expecting to win... as they say rest is history, 6 months later some extensive sourcing of components got me this bike build, very happy with end product rolls perfect, special mention about these hand built wheels, smooth and shiny when rolling along. I really love riding this bike!

The frame is gorgeous but in my opinion the sophisticated Colnago paintjob requires eliminating any other decals etc. Otherwise it looks like a mess cause there's just too much things catching your eye. I would change the saddle and the wrap in the first place to clean it up a little bit... Maybe also put some black tires in there. What do you think about that?

The paint job is pretty stunning, I understand what you mean by the distractions of the build parts that take away the emphasis on the frame, as they say less is more. I will give it a try and see how is looks. btw, i had a colnago hoskar leather saddle before the regalE, it was not very comfy...
