I have an aftermarket beach Cruiser style to go on

Unknown/Unknown/ Peerless 100 series open differential

Pnumatic tires, spring seat

Okay before you delete my pics, I only had a cell phone to take them. I bought this thing like thre two five years ago, from some kids. The thing had the front wheel and handle bars from one of the girl bikes with the white tires and pink rims. They were riding it on effed up rear wheels.

For the longest I had they idea to put one of those small grills on the back and sell bbq with it or use it on picniks with a cooler converted to a trailer. Then I had the idea to convert it to a lowrider, replacing the metal plate in back with a lexan one to show off the rear diff. Now I have a better idea. Í'll only say it'll be converted to a 26 inch. I want the thing to be clean looking as possible or atleast simple looking.

But right now, I cant figure out how the wheels come off, I lost the nuts- so they may be just stuck. The hubs appear to be aluminum, so I can't beat them off. It needs a frame bearing for the rear axle and I'm curious to know if the peerless diff can be converted from an open one to a LSD. Also theres a bit of contreversy on where to ride it; bikes are suposswed to be ridden on the street, but it's to slow and wide to traverse streets without bike lanes, consequtivly(sp?) Therer are some sections of sidewalk it won't e able to ride on. I might need the frame stretched 4 inches too.
