I just acquired this a week ago as a backup bike. So far I've put street tires on it and got rid of the handlebar extension-thingies on the ends (hence the bare bars showing). It rides REALLY nicely, I'm liking the comfort of the big frame... lots of steel to soak up bumps. I am going to be cleaning up the rusty spots and using touch-up for now, but sometime in the future I'll be stripping this and getting it repainted.

I love the bars

they are very comfortable for every day cruising!
I have em on mine from the exact bike as yours...

How do you like those tires?

I love 'em! The Forte Slick City ST's did exactly what I wanted - I was trying to "urbanize" the Sierra, because all my biking is basically on city streets. The tires are grippy enough for hard-ish cornering, yet have a fairly low rolling resistance. Coasting seems to go on forever. At ten bucks each (on sale) I will certainly be buying them again.
