i have a 53 cutter and am looking to buy a barspinable fork. does this leader fork clip your toes on the way 'round or even barspin at all?

I'm used to riding pursuit

I'm used to riding pursuit bars but wanted a trick style bike. I'm not heavily into tricks ATM but skid alot, hop around and bigspin now and then, I wanted to keep a track feel to it as I ride alot in london and still use a brake so I juggled a bit of both worlds. I have a set of risers I can run for tricking but will need to upgrade my forks when I get to bar spinning
