Technically its a 56 but the

Technically its a 56 but the forward saddle position makes it feel smaller.
Either way seattube is 56 C-C.
I raised the seat another 2 cm to ride it but it made for 18cm of saddle to bar drop, not good for looking out for traffic.

this was considered an integrated bar combo when sold.
Although not with these brakes.
I'm not sure how you would mount a second bar when these install in the stem.
