Bought this frame recently and the previous owner told me it was a Chas Roberts and from the (red) frame I found on Classic Rendezvous, he looks to be right. Serial number can be found in one of the pictures, which was on the steerer tube. Any info someone can give me to either verify or deny my assumption would be much appreciated. The frame has Campagnolo rear dropouts and semi wrap rear stays.

Whoever made this frame would be nice to know, however what I do know is that I love it!

it´s not original with the brake behind the fork, isn´t it? I've only seen some textima track bikes (from the DDR) with the brake behind the fork.

Well originally the front fork would not have been drilled for a front brake. However the owner before drilled the fork (which i think is wrong by the way). The reason I set my brake up like this is because the drop is too short if you put the brake on the front.
