I inherited this bike from a family friend who passed away, so I decided to rebuild his everyday commuter in a way that he would have loved. I stripped it down to the frame, spray painted it powder blue and built it up as a single speed, with a manual second gear for off road, for a daily commute to campus. This build is my favorite to date and I'll be rollin' on it for a long time. Also, it's the "Dawn Treader."

You have horizontal

You have horizontal dropouts, which means you can ditch the chain tensioner for a cleaner look!

i dont know what exact year

i dont know what exact year it is but mine is a 1996 and it has more modern stuff on it so im thinking yours is just a early 90s tequesta, not a mid 90s. it looks like my aunts gt cintinuum, i hope thats how yoy spell it. its a older model to and it has the same brake levers seat post and the same funky stem.

The year is a mystery

Thanks for the info! The model number is impossible to read on this frame and I've been at a loss trying to determine its year.
