I looked at there web shop, it looks like a really cool shop. How do you like the njs frame on the street, I have been looking at a Panasonic njs frame, but I have my doubts…

My opinion about buying an NJS frame for the street is this: NJS bike styles are stuck in the 70's/80's because that was probably when NJS frame standards were developed. They are beautifully made and nice to ride. They are not the most up to date as far as performance and they cost a hell of a lot. You buy an NJS frame because that is really what you want to ride.

A girl here in Vancouver rides her Panasonic NJS all day long 5 days a week and she has done it for years and years and she loves it. These bikes can hold up as they were build strong (not as light as people would make you believe). Strength is one of the most important NJS standards. However I do have a friend that rode his Nagasawa into a curb in the dark ruined his frame.

Very nice setup you have there, everything compliments the bike very nicely. If you don't mind may you please post a closeup of the drivetrain because I want to get that same chain you have but I have yet to see how the silver of it looks when installed.
