my fat ass

I bought the frame from a collector in the Netherlands. It has been hanging for 20 years on the wall. The builder, Jan van Dalen, still builds performance steel bikes

There's not alot of info about these bikes. I'd like to find a Cyclocross model. If anyone knows of one, let me know!

Really like the set up and the mix between new and old components, except maby for the wheels..
Maby lower the bars a bit?

No old components...

Old frame, yes... The components are all modern, available, off the shelf stuff.

As far as the wheels goes, I had a hard time finding durable wheels that are all black and don't have isht tons of crappy branding all over them. Getting those Velocity stickers off in less than 100 pieces was a pain in the ass!

I'm 6'3", not gonna drop that stem any more for general road riding.
