1972 Schwinn Super Sport filet brazed chrome-moly. Not sure why the paint looks bad in these pics its actually quite nice...
Schwinn Randonneuring bend, Schwinn stem.

stock Schwinn approved hub, Weinmann rim, 27" Schwinn High Pressure Puff tire LOL, rubber is still good.

Bought a bottom bracket conversion on ebay to replace the 1 piece Astabula crank with a TA crank and standard bottom bracket.
Brooks B-15, NOS Schwinn Approved Carridace bag.
MKS pedals and clips, cheapo chain.
Schwinn stem shifters, Shimano Crane GS rear, Thunderbird front (off a Lambert Aerospace) they kind of match.
Weinmann brakes with safety levers.
TA 46-28 rear, Suntour 14-18-22-26-30

I have always wanted one of these and found this one for cheap on CL. Set up as a randonneur with TA pro 5 vis cranks (on a conversion kit bottom bracket), and a Suntour touring freewheel. With the low gearing and the elegant Schwinn (GB) randonneuring bars I can ride all day on any terrain. Have put on a rear rack to support the Carradice bag since taking the pics.
