Trying to size a frame based solely on overall height is a bad, bad idea. Think about: inseam, TT length, ST angle, HT angle, arm length, saddle height.

nayr497 is right. He's just saying height is not a good indicator of how well it will fit you; the measurements you'd get from being fitted for a bike would allow you to make a better choice between the available frame sizes.
