gotta change out those water

gotta change out those water bottle holders. Specialized s works carbons would look nice

Agreed. The bottle cages on

Agreed. The bottle cages on the carrier now are pretty weak. Need to be replaced.

bottle cages...

for time trials under 30-45 minutes, you're probably better off hydrating prior and just saving the weight. it takes a while for your body to process it when it's devoting most of the blood suupply to the muscles....some of the relief is psychological, though, and every little bit helps.

relate it to a 5K, water is simply extra a 10K, maybe during the first half... Some runners don't hydrate during a race unless it's over an hour...

Better Value

Than the P3, just get a lighter helmet...and the Ultegra bb is more durable than the DA...

Whatcha gonna do with the old bars? I got a Kestrel with an itch...

Nice bike. Looks like 26mph just sittin' still. Trials or Triathlons?

Much Better Value

Yeah, definitely the best-value TT bike on the market. Don't have an Ultegra BB in there anymore -- went to the FSA ceramic BB.

The old bars are likely going to end up on the pursuit bike I'm building.

Time trials. Might start doing tri in 2010 or 2011.
