I picked this up at a thrift store not too long ago. The hand painting on the lugs caught my eye. In the process of converting it into a porteur/city bike commuter. I cannot find any information about this bike or brand so any input would be appreciated. My apologies for the poor photo quality, will try and take better ones in the near future.

I have the exact same bike

I have the exact same bike in yellow. I haven't been able to find anything about it really. Exceltoo Super Competition hubs, Simplex derailleurs, Samir SAMINOX Wheels, Callet Saddle, Mafac Racer brakes, basically every component on the bike is made in France. Headbadge sticker says "Concorde Cycles France" Decals have been removed. "Hand made" sticker on the downtube, "Made in France" sticker on the seat tube.
