Downtube shape

Is the downtube that same funny teardrop shape as the Mark V's, or is it just a standard round tube?

How do you like it? I was going to pick one up with they were first released, but decided to hold out until they put out the other color (metallic blue, out now).

I'm probably going to order one as a birthday gift for myself, but figured I'd try to find a review on it before doing so. Any complaints?
